Transitioning to Interactive Learning

Interactive Learning

Image caption: Using real world tech

JA of Lincoln is implementing a new Interactive Learning Model this year, and we’re so excited to get it into our classrooms! It’s great news for volunteers, educators, and (of course!) students.

This new model will allow volunteers and students to utilize real world technology to elevate and innovate their learning experience. Each lesson will be delivered to students through interactive learning that provides the pillars of the JA curriculum while engaging students in the way that they’ve come to expect in today’s classroom.

As a volunteer, this method will drastically decrease your amount of prep time, allow you the flexibility to share your personal life/work experiences with students all while still teaching the familiar lessons you are used to! The lessons led by volunteers include real world experience, interactive games, hands on learning, group discussions, small group work, and more.

JA of Lincoln is excited to make this transition and continue to innovate the way we connect with current and future students!
