What better way to celebrate our past than to imagine our future?
When JA first began operating in Lincoln 50 years ago, Lincoln was a very different place. As we celebrate our milestone birthday, we want help imagining what Lincoln will look like in another 50 years!
As part of our Golden Jubilee year, we’re sponsoring an essay contest for Lincoln students, asking them to envision the future of our community. We invite teachers to use the contest as an in-class assignment or homework, and students are also welcome to submit on their own.
One winner will be selected from each age range (Grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12). Each winner will receive a $100 cash prize, have their essay posted on JA’s social media, and be recognized at a JA event in 2021!
