Wow! One of our biggest fundraisers of the year has once again come and gone, and once again we are bowled over (see what we did there?) by the support.
The JA of Lincoln Bowl-a-thon saw more than 100 teams of bowlers descend on Parkway Lanes and Hollywood Bowl on February 18, 19 and 25th in support of JA. So many people coming together to do so much good means the world to us… but the big winners, of course, are the students who will continue to receive cutting-edge curriculum and innovative experiences because of all that generosity.
The impact was a big one. Thanks to all those wonderful people, more than $60,000 was raised to support the JA of Lincoln programs and the students they serve!
An event like this one takes a lot of support to pull off and we have so many wonderful companies, organizations, and people to thank! When this many people and organizations join forces to support our students, amazing things happen. Bowlers, volunteers, board members, sponsors, donors, company coordinators… the list is inspiring. Thank you all for standing with us to build a better future, one classroom at a time!
