Golf Classic a Welcome Success

On Friday, July 24th, more than 100 golfers and volunteers came together at NuMark Golf Course for the annual JA of Lincoln Golf Classic… and it was REALLY good to see everyone! After months of cancellations, postponements, and virtual events, it felt wonderful to be physically together (even if it was socially distant) for a good cause.

But it wasn’t just about the fun of a day of golf… a real impact was made for our students! In total, more than $20,000 was raised to support JA programs, which translates to 572 students receiving JA lessons and curriculum in 40+ classrooms. As always, we were blown away by the generosity of our friends and supporters, and the students were the real winners.

We’re so grateful to our corporate sponsors who made this great day possible! The fact that these companies are standing by our students even in these difficult times speaks volumes about their commitment to our community.
