Meet the Growing JA of Lincoln Team

The JA of Lincoln team is growing and is stronger than ever! We have some new faces on staff, and we wanted to introduce them to you. Meet the current JA of Lincoln team, serving the students of Southeastern Nebraska and beyond!
Tera Norris, President
Tera is the President of Junior Achievement of Lincoln. She has been with JA of Lincoln for more than 16 years. Her main responsibilities are to direct organization-wide fundraising, staff management, maintain financial strength as well as build community relationships. Tera grew up in Peru, Nebraska, graduating from Auburn High School and later, the University of Nebraska Lincoln. She received bachelor degrees in both Journalism and English. Tera and her husband Jerry have two boys and she has taught their JA classes each year since kindergarten.
Mark Willet, Vice President of Operations
Mark directs the operations component of the organization across multiple functions including accounting and fiscal monitoring, program implementation, and all administrative functions. Mark has over 25 years of Operations and Quality Assurance experience across multiple industries including financial services, manufacturing, construction, and technology. He attended the University of Nebraska – Lincoln and received a bachelor degree in Economics.
Rachel Murray, Director of Education
Rachel is the Education Director and works with educators and volunteers to bring JA’s financial literacy programs to JA of Lincoln’s 12 county territory. She is from Waverly, Nebraska and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2017 with a degree in Economics and Supply Chain Management and Analytics. She enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends in her free time.
Kim Pramberg, Special Events Manager
Kim is the Special Events Manager. She is responsible for the development and management of on-going and new fundraising events to support the mission and vision of JA of Lincoln. She is from Lincoln, NE and graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in May 2019 with a degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. Kim enjoys watching Husker volleyball, trying out new recipes, and spending time with her friends and family (especially her nieces!).
Leticia Metizen, Volunteer Engagement Coordinator
Leticia Metizen will be taking on the role of our Volunteer Engagement Coordinator. She will be working to not only cultivate the relationships already built with in JA, but also in recruiting more to help us reach our organizational goals. Leticia comes to us with years of Non-Profit experience, from working with DC Action for Children in Washington DC to working with local organizations such as The Girls Scout Spirit of Nebraska and The American Heart Association.
Leticia is originally from Scottsbluff, NE but has always considered Lincoln, NE as her home. Leticia currently lives in SW Lincoln with her Husband Edward, of 10 years, her two children Analise (12), Aiden (9), 2 dogs (a pit bull and a Lhasanease), and her father Julian. She also has a step son – Alexander (15) who lives in Kansas City. In her free time she enjoys working out at Lincoln Nutrition Fitness (aka CrossFit Lincoln), reading, writing, cooking, acting for local theaters, attending her children’s sporting activities, people watching, and most of all spending time with her loved ones and friends. Her favorite quote is by Ralph Waldo Emerson – “What lies behind us, and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us!"
Keeli Watters, Program Coordinator
Keeli Watters is Junior Achievement's Program Coordinator. She grew up in Beatrice, NE, and graduated from UNL with a bachelor's in Human Development and Family Science. Keeli loves to do bonfires with her family and play with her dog Jango in my spare time. Keeli will be in charge of connecting volunteers with teachers, preparing them both to have a great Junior Achievement experience.
